Kris Letang: Disney Prince

8 Apr

Today’s Daily Dose of Letang is brought to you by the DVD release of The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.  I nerd-love the Narnia movies, but this one was hard to watch.  Because Prince Caspian is Kris Letang. And it’s distracting.

Here kitty, kitty...

He even has an accent.  It’s the wrong accent, but still.  There’s something about a blue star and a sea monster and I was just not following.

There’s also evidence to support that the Disney animators are Pens fans.

All I gotta do is juuuuuuuuuuump.

I guess that Max could be Kris’ little monkey sidekick when they stage parades and ride on a magic carpet.

And even if you can’t talk, Kris would still be really nice to you and not look twice at any of your many sisters.

He probably won’t even mind if you can’t use a fork.

Dawn is frantically dying her hair red at the moment.  I’m trying to find “Holding Out for a Hero” on my iPod, otherwise I’ll be singing “Look at this stuff, isn’t it neat?” all day long.  This weekend, we recommend you rent one of these movies and watch it right before the Penguins play their last regular season game on Sunday afternoon.  It’ll make for an excellent day.

I have no words… the hair… the beard… the overall sexiness… I can never look at Disney characters the same ever again.

Whoa, the first one is uncanny. Aladdin – yes, I see it with the hair and all, but he’s really a dead ringer for MAF. And the prince from The Little Mermaid – especially with the blue eyes, that has to be Nealer.

Basically I have officially overthought this and I’ll never be able to watch a Pittsburgh game the same way again.

Just wanted to let you know that I’ve officially lost track of how many times I’ve reread this post. And I hate Disney movies.
